We do not handle any Demat or trading accounts on your behalf. Therefore, we strictly advise you not to share your credentials such as User ID, password, security question answers, or OTPs with any of our employees under any circumstances. We will not entertain any claims against such actions at any time.
We understand that not everyone has the financial resources to pay for their essentials, which makes it difficult for many to pay our fees in a single lump sum. Therefore, we offer the option of paying in instalments at times convenient to you. These instalments are solely for paying the fees, not for profit sharing in any way. Please note that if you are dissatisfied with our services at any point during your subscription period, you will not be eligible for a refund of the fees paid till date, as per our refund policy.

REFUND POLICY
- Fees once paid for the services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Fees payment will be handled by Rigi as the payment gateway, no refund will be possible once payment is made.
- Fees paid for advisory will not be refunded if in case you miss to take trade or lost days. Which is why already we have made 35 calendar days plan.
- No addition of extra days if we miss to provide trades due to some events or based on market opportunity.
- Discount offers are only for limited period and are not available all time, please check with the latest services info before availing discount, if any.
- We holds all the right to add or remove anyone from paid / premium group in regards to behavioral conduct and fees paid will not be refunded back.
- If you fail to attend any webinar or seminar or any services provided by us, then you can request us to add you in other or next webinar parting to the similar topics in future but within a span of 3 months only.
- For Webinar Only: If by any chance the said event has been Cancelled from our end, we will try to accommodate you to the next batch of similar event or others, based on seat availability. We deserve the right to make any changes to this addition based on situation. You have the option to Opt in or Out from the next event and seek for a refund if needed, the same will be processed in next 2-5 working days from the date of your refund request.
- We reserves the right to add or reject enrollment to their services without any justification. Even if you paid the fees that does not bound us to provide services, the fees shall be refund back within 2-5 working days if you we think you are unfit for our services.
